Rear towing socket electrics

Hello, First post on here as I only learnt of the site recently, I have a 2012 L322 4.4 TDV8, recently I noticed that my trailer RHS rear lights were not working and knowing I had a suspect plug on the trailer I replaced it to no avail, I then tested the socket (the 7 pin one) with my multimeter as that is the only one I use and found no supply to RHS trailer side lights.
Later, when I moved the trailer I noticed that I now have no LHS trailer lights as well.
Being a long time Land Rover owner I thought it would be a fuse !! I can only find 2 fuses with a trailer icon on on the RHS inner wing but as these are 15A and 30A I assume they are not for the lights.
Has anybody got any ideas what the problem might be as I am at a loss now !

When i got my Car i swapped the 2 7 Pin Sockets for a 13 Pin one to suit the Caravan.
Even though the Pin/ Wire Connectors were sealed in the back of the Socket you wouldn't believe the corrosion i found in there so it could be a bad connection between the Wire and the Socket Pin.

A 13 pin genuine LR lead is easy to fit and is plug and play on your model year. The only tricky bit is fitting the rubber grommet through the body (use silicone spray as a lubricant).
It can also be used with an adaptor from the shop to top up the battery if vehicle is laid up for a while.

I have an adaptor for my Ctek MXS10 that works through the 13pin. Magic Thumbs Up Gone to a good home: 2011 4.4 TDV8 Vogue SE Buckingham Blue with Ivory and clear glass = "Rory"

As above, easy and cheapest fix is to swap the plug. They shouldn’t charge you an arm and a leg as it’s a quick plug and play! There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

Let us know what they charge you for it. A new 13pin genuine loom was around the £80 mark I think....Time to fit = <1hour. Gone to a good home: 2011 4.4 TDV8 Vogue SE Buckingham Blue with Ivory and clear glass = "Rory"
