Engine oil for 2005 4.4 petrol

Sorry if this has been done to death, but I couldn't find anything via the search function on the forum. Just wondered what the correct oil viscosity would be for the Jag engined 2005 4.4 petrol? Mine has just over 50k on the clock. Should I use 5W40 or 5W30? Eurocarparts have a 60% sale on the moment, so was thinking of buying a can or two of Mobil 1!
Again, sorry if this subject has been broached before!
