M62 engine cam chain tensioners

Morning guys can someone confirm if the 2 cam chain tensioners are the same internally ? as in both have pistons to aid tension I have just stripped both and found one has a spring inside the piston many thanks in advance

i have recently had mine to bits, dont rely on me but i seem to think they were different RR 2005 4.4 petrol
Any spelling mistakes are the fault of spellchecker
Previous MG J2, CITROEN light 15 x 2 gone unfortunately
