Just had both arms done on mine as rear tracking couldn’t be done as seized, my Indy had to cut both sides out with grinder and charged me £150 for labour and the arms kit both sides with new bolts special washers etc were £80

Scotty were yours seized on both sides?
Are these the items i need? not the most expensive items.
LOWER ARM REAR BUSH RGX000071 LOWER ARM FRONT BUSH RGX000060
Its a 2005 model so i doubt they have been changed before, everything seems tight enough but it would be better to know its done. |

It might be worthwhile checking for play in your wheel bearing or other bushes before doing the re-alignment 2011 4.4 TDV8 Vogue SE

My rears were siezed too. New ones supplied by Advanced Factors and fitted for around the same price as Scotty. Covered in copper grease too |

You will also have fun getting the hub swivel out at the other end of the toe bar .

My rear track control arm bolts were seized inside the arms at the inner pivot point. The only way to remove them was to chop them off either side of the subframe. The bolts basically weld themselves inside the arms. Power hacksaw or 1 mm cut off disc on a grinder. |
