IIDTool BT - Wrong gear box???

So I have a 2011 4.4 TDV8 with the 8speed box, scanning my car with the IIDTool, TCM-Transmission shows it as 6spd.

Anybody else's incorrect?

Does it matter?

Can it be changed? 2011 RR Autobiography 4.4 TDV8

Mine definitely says 6 speed, and others have said the same.
I don’t know why.

Cheers. Getting loads of errors after driving for an hour or so, then codes I cant clear. If I leave it for a few hours I can clear the after a few tries. Think it might be battery related.....well hoping it is anyway

Mine says 6-speed so I asked GAP why it didn't say 8-speed:

must be due a new firmware update soon for the IIDTool Very Happy 2011 RR Autobiography 4.4 TDV8
