I got my first L322 a couple of weeks ago and joined the forum straight away some excellent advice and loads of useful info.
I dont usually recommend services but when I brought the RR it had missing pixels on the display I found a place locally in Rugby called totaltronics.com who removed the cluster and fixed the display in about 2 hrs for 140, if you post your cluster in its 100. Patryk provided an excellent service at what I thought was a very reasonable cost.
