Torque converter???

Judder under load and floating rev counter needle just started as I returned from Cornwall, thinking torque converter, will be taking it to a transmission specialist tomorrow, what sort of price am I looking at for replacement, just so I don't get shafted, thanks.

Last I saw was about £1300 for a D3 TC which I has the same gearbox as the 3.6 (and, I assume, the same TC). 2016 Skoda Octavia VRS Estate

I'm thinking people will say, "get it done sooner rather than later".
Part of owning a FF I suppose.

It’s a shame you don’t have an older car - Birch Motors in Liverpool aren’t too far from you. (They were brilliant when my gearbox went TU).Might be worth a phone call, even if they can only recommend someone local?? 2017 Jaguar F Pace 25t Portfolio - still part of the JLR family 😀

Yes get it checked sooner rather than later. A failing TC can damage the gearbox if left to its own devices. 2016 Skoda Octavia VRS Estate
