Judder under load and floating rev counter needle just started as I returned from Cornwall, thinking torque converter, will be taking it to a transmission specialist tomorrow, what sort of price am I looking at for replacement, just so I don't get shafted, thanks.

Last I saw was about £1300 for a D3 TC which I has the same gearbox as the 3.6 (and, I assume, the same TC). 2016 Skoda Octavia VRS Estate

I know a chap on the bay doing the better stronger TC for £450 if your after one ive got one in garage waiting in case i need and my mech would fit and supply oils for another £550
