Foolishly tried to lift the boot floor/spare wheel cover to store something in the spare wheel well at the weekend while there was still some luggage on it. The grab handle promptly snapped under the strain.

Not available as a separate item, but I’m sure with a bit of ingenuity it’s repairable. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

Buy a new TV. The box will have a suitably sized plastic handle. .

I replaced mine with a couple of heavy duty cable ties - downside was that they didn't sit flat - upside was that I could thread them through the existing holes and didn't have to touch the trim. |

Well I finally got around to having a bash at fixing my broken handle. The above replies were helpful in finding a solution that worked. In the end I decided to re-use the leather strap - even though it's in two pieces - and strengthen it with two very large (360x9mm) cable ties. Here are a few pics of what I did to fix it.
