Buy the "Legal Design" plates online and you do not need the paperwork: (identical to shop bought)

Scarey Oxford is a bit jobs worth - They often take it off you & send in the post !

Not to good at doing it straight away unless you get someone new.

Regards

Paul

Ps if anyone wants a proper dateless reg I have 285 LAB available for transfer at a sensible price, wife has decided to sell hers as I sold mine to help fund the FFRR purchase.

Best one I had was PJB 62 - The year I was born, sold a few years ago to pay to double glaze a house we had just bought.

Also had 262 JON & 440O PB Paul
L405 now sold

United Kingdom 2002 Range Rover HSE Td6 Adriatic Blue

good news scarey

my V5 came about 1 week after I got my new tax disc and confirmation letter to get reg changed. All in all pretty slick work from the DVLA. Although for £80 it should be pretty good. FFRR TD6 HSE

I have 3 "private" plates -P12MUD, P13 MUD and FA57 RRS, all cost me the basic price off the DVLA website but now I want to sell the FA57 RRS plate. It is on retention but my big problem is how to value it for selling. The plate works for several makes of car, not just an RRSport - any chipped RS Audi or an RS Porsche or RS Ford would look OK with it. I was offered in excess of £10k for t by somebody who REALLY wanted the plate for his new RS Focus two years ago, but how do you value a cherished number plate? 2018 Mini Countryman Cooper S E All4 PHEV in Melting Silver - it’s whisper quiet in EV and polluter modes

No, because I had it on my RRS at the time and didn't want to part with it! Wish I had now! 2018 Mini Countryman Cooper S E All4 PHEV in Melting Silver - it’s whisper quiet in EV and polluter modes

I managed to get RR11 TOM to stick on the new 4.4 when it arrives (early march, can't wait!).

It was @£1200 and I thought very well priced compared to other 'tom' plates and especially suitable for the new Rangie.

Still trying to find a decent '90' one for my defender.

As a general rule I prefer the look of AB 12 type plates. But can never afford them Smile

Im thinking of getting one myself but am baffled at the differences in price between plates, anyone explain why a C1 'ABC' would be twice the price of an M1 'ABC' ? 2021 P400 Silicon Silver AB

i think depends if the reg 'means' something , if it dont then in theory it will be cheaper..ie, BO55 abc will fetch loads cos it spells 'boss'... ... - .- -.

Not that rich Smile

I've one in mind for the 90 which is very modestly priced. So might pick it up later in the year.

Ideally I'd get my birth year/name plate which is a available. But I don't have the £11k required Smile

Be interested to know what you'd consider letting Top 90 go for though....
