Suspension question

In order for SWMBO to get in and out of the beast, I lower the suspension for her (I don't bother if it is just me).

I invariably forget to raise it again before moving off and then get a boing and the warning message "Slow down or suspension will raise"

I am doing any (potential) damage like this, or can I just use it to automatically reset normal height without waiting when stationary?

dont worry about the message , just accelerate to your required speed and the suspension will rise to standard mode... ... - .- -.
