Hi I had a remap on my VW Golf GTD last week and had the EGR removed,They remove the EGR first and then tell the ECU not to give a fault,By removing the EGR you get nice clean air to mix with your fuel, Which will not effect the cars emission when it has an MOT |

I had a quantum remap on my 3.6 and they mapped the EGRs out and we didn't fit blanks, it really flew afterwards and felt quicker than my 4.4 also with a remap. Just my personal experience 2015 4.4 AB
