sounds like glow plugs are goosed so not pre-heatin the derv up pal , id try new ones before doing anything else as you have to rule them out |

Glow plugs have been tested and the glow plug relay has been tested |

Check the HP pump pressure relief valve on the back of the pump with a diagnostic tool the lp pump should read 3 bar the HP should be about 300 bar. |

It has been plugged in and both pumps are working fine |
