LR023207 wheels on L322 td6

Despite the risk for vibrations I would like to replace the original 18 inch wheels of my 2003 L322 td6 for 19 inch wheels and all season tires (Vredestein Quattrac 5 SUV 255 55 R19).

I have came across some very nice 19 inch LR023207 wheels. Would these fit my 2003 td6 without any modifications?
