Well,finally bit the bullet and bought one from Dan.
Now what do I do? No instructions as to how to use it, meant to be a quick start guide on gaps website, but I couldn't find it.
Can any body help? Only really bought it to reset service, and oil service messages, as I'm going to service the car myself.

I am not really qualified to comment on this post.....but DON'T plug it in until you know exactly how to register it.
From memory you have to have internet access available to receive an authorising code.
I seem to remember it is easier to have 2 iPad / phone or laptop.
One to view the screen and one to read the emails with the code.
Also you have to download the app.
I use mine with an iPad mini which seems to be good, but I learn a bit more every time I plug it in and play. G reg 2.5VM Vogue Portofino red 1991- 1999

Hi all
Right.....serviced the Rangey myself yesterday, all good, reset the service interval, no problem...but, I cannot get rid of the oil service countdown, is this possible, can I turn it off?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
