Thanks Alistair, checked the vin decoder and it came up trumps. Also seems my motor has tv, cd auto changer (haven't a clue where), colour satnav , memory everything, and a load of other things I didn't know (and will probably never use)

Thanks. The tv and cd changer will never be used though even assuming they worked. had a beautiful Plymouth blue Classic Range Rover in 1993, bought it ex chauffeur driven mayoral motor just a few months old. We kept that a while but I never liked the P38 so didn't have another RR, just didn't look like a Range Rover, more like a large Volvo estate. Stayed with Disco and Defender after that until I spotted this one parked next to my Disco on holiday. Liked the colour (reminded me of the old Westminster grey that I always liked), liked the trim, liked the model. Found it was for sale so bought it
