as above, are you getting random messages when starting the car aswell such as HDC inavtive or special programs off? Current

No issues starting at all , no random warnings , everything seems fine battery wise , plugged my Delphi DS150 in to read out fault codes nothing showing up , battery voltage reads 12.09 at rest , drops to 11.99 when internal fans come on on initial startup then goes back up to 12.09 when fbh running but internal fans turn off and fbh keeps running , then fbh turns off . |

I think a reading of around 12v (assuming its an accurate reading, as lots of voltmeters have an error factor) would be marginal for the FBH to operate IIRC. 2021 D350 Fifty Edition - Carpathian Grey

The FBH is supposed to work down to 11.5V but not sure if that is battery voltage or voltage at the Webasto end of things as there will be a voltage drop I would have thought.

Well further investigation ensued , charged battery , connected multimeter (calibrated fluke 23) and tested again , battery voltage never dropped below 12.8V (when internal fans running ) but still only runs for 5 mins at a time , both with manual heat or timer from touchscreen or remote control . |

Well it gets stranger but better , after not getting to the bottom of my issues it now appears to be working , last night upon leaving work it felt warm in the car when I got in and this morning I was nicely defrosted and warmish before going to work (turned it on with remote before breakfast , hope it stays this way , maybe it just wasn't cold enough last week . |

I believe this may be exactly the same problem I have. Connected my Lynx tool today, fired up the FBH, flame present, water temp increasing up to 90 degC, fuel pump shut off, water temp increasing to 105degC and then cooling down, ice cold air thru the vents all the time. Water pump indicated "Running" but it seems quite reasonable that it didn't run. No error codes. My first step will be checking water pump. "Plentraktoren/Garden tractor": 2008 L322 TDV8

The exact thing has happened to me. This morning I set the FBH using the remote but when I went out to the car 15minutes later the FBH had stopped but I could tell it had been on by the small area at the bottom of the windscreen which had defrosted but inside the car was cold.

Well I set the FBH with the remote this morning and to my surprise it was still running when I got to the car and it was -4 C outside and 22 C inside.... Toasty!!

I don't believe ther is anything wrong with the FBH. I tested it on my GAPIID and all was fine. If there is a problem at all now I think it must be something to do with the Range Rover software
