Who smokes in there Fatty

As above, I packed up the ciggies 11 years ago and can't stand the thought of smoking now ,But this morning as I was sitting in traffic in Enfield there was a couple in a gorgeous looking 66 plate l405, happily puffing away, and to my astonishment the windows were up. I know it's an addiction, but I don't get the logic of doing the above in a 80+ grand motor. 2004 vogue

I'd never buy a car that has been smoked in - it must affect residuals Rolling Eyes

Blimey no one is even allowed to eat or drink in my rangie - if someone lit up I would have to eject them, at speed!!

Nope. I do smoke cigars sometimes when I'm drinking good malt, but obviously not in the car.

Rolling with laughter Rolling with laughter Rolling with laughter

You've seen them as well Stan. Looks like the bloody car is on fire and also looks like the driver has one of those bong pipes in his hand. I thought Cuban full havana cigars were big but those hubble pipe things are enormous.

Our 2007 sc was previously owned by a smoker. Normally I would have walked away from it but we got the car for a steel. You cant smell anything now after spending time cleaning the interior within an inch of its life. Here's a tip for you. White vinegar in bowls in the car over night takes away the smells. Granted the car smells like a chippie for a day afterwards but I doesn't last long.

Same here.

The smell of cigars and leather in an old Jaguar may be slightly appealing (when wearing a camel-hair coat, possibly) but that's the exception. Si. <This is my name.

I did smoke in the fattie as I did in my other nice cars that I had before. I would never let anybody else smoke in my car since pax generally do not master the technique of 'in car smoking no smoke in car'.

So window slightly cranked open, keeping the ciggie near the low front corner of the window and making sure you blow the smoke, the ashes and the butts all outside. And only smoking at speeds above 50 mph, very important!

With this technique nobody ever smelled smoke in the car, even did it in rental cars, company cars and I would in the airbus too but it gets a bit drafty with the cockpit window open in flight Smile

Now recently I quit smoking analog cigarettes all together and started vaping. This have been the revelation of my life and is the reason why I'm commenting here. I havent picked up a normal cigarette in months since vaping and had tried everything that is out there before: patches, nic gum, therapy even did laser accupuncture but non of it lasted more than a few days. I have a small Aspire Pockex e-cig for on the go and one of those big bongo pipes, an Aspire Odyssey full size kit for home. I have a selection of very premium e juices that give me even more pleasure than smoking Marlboro's and are similar in taste to a good Havana. I puff away in the car, and the wife even lets me puff inside the house now, something I never would have considered with normal cigarettes. Completely odorless and keep my nicotine addiction happy. Oh I smoked for 15 years on a pack a day of Marlboro reds.

So back on topic, if you're asking the question smoking in a Fatty, get yourself one of those fat bongo ecigs and you'll solve two problems at once!!

Happy vaping Very Happy
