Fuel additives

Injector cleaners...fuel system cleaners....turbo cleaners, DPF cleaners, etc.

Are they worth it? Or am I better off just sticking to a premium fuel like BP ultimate or Shell V power nitro blah blah?

Give it a right good thrashing as soon as you start it up, therefore no need to waste money on additives, cleaners or anything else

United Kingdom 2007 Range Rover Vogue SE TDV8 Zermatt Silver

I've had positive experiences with injector cleaner in the past (BG44) and a recent can Wynns EGR cleaner seems to have improved pickup slightly.

I have also used Cataclean in my RX8 - only bought it recently as a weekend car, the Mazda forum chaps swear by it (rotary engine in the RX8 is very sensitive to blocked cats)

There are various threads in here th lots of opinions, search BG44

It is also worth giving the car a good old Italian tune up once in a while, just make sure fully warmed up before thrashing it! 2007 Zermatt Silver TDV8 Vogue SE - now sold but was a great car!
