Missing RSE remote soft key

I have a MY2011 TDV8 SE with RSE which has the touch screen remote control. Everything works fine except that when looking at the video options on the remote there is no TV soft key. I can set the screens to watch TV from the front master control but have no control for TV from the remote. The manual shows soft keys for AV1, AV2, DVD and TV but I don't get the TV one.

Anyone had any experience of this and how to solve it?
