True the beige/grey interiors do look nice, but I use my Rangie quite hard... I got a silver one, with near black interior. Even when it dirty, it still looks ok. And I've had so much junk strewn all over it . I even had some awful 'bin juice' weep out of a dustbin, when I had to get rid of some serious crud the other week. All wiped clean, and still looking nice.
I too have had an ivory interior, and new jeans, leave a nasty surprise! Blue stain etc.

The interior of mine is sand and there is jeans dye transfer to the seat but using Gliptone cleaner and conditioner the leather stays looking very smart. I have had kids in the back but sofar no issues. Just keep it clean and if you have kids that are "bad" that way, just use seat covers for a while till they are "over it". Carrying cleaning stuff for the accidental spill (not just kids !!!) is always a smart move I guess Smile. MY 2010 5.0 SC Galway green and sand interior!!

Many thanks guys so the general consensus seems to be that they look better and are not too bad to keep clean and the point being here, if you keep on top of them as it were 👍

Our roof lining is a light colour and marks do come out surprisingly well, either with a dry rub with a clean microfibre cloth, or with wet wipes or with Autoglym fabric cleaner Thumbs Up

The parchment coloured rear parcel shelf in mine is starting to look a right mess. Whats the general consensus re cleaning these ?

What I do is spray the dirty area with Autoglym interior shampoo, brush with soft nailbrush, wipe with damp cloth until no longer picking up dirt, rinsing in warm water between wipes, then dry with towel, repeat if not clean enough.

The texture on the shelf makes it look nicer, but also makes it harder to clean. Only Range Rovers since 1988

I hated the dark interior of my 4.2, all black and tinted windows and even though I was near the equator with lots of sun, it was a cave in the back and I just don't like that at all. That is why I went looking for a non tinted light interior car !!!!! I love the light interior even on sunny days !!!! MY 2010 5.0 SC Galway green and sand interior!!

I think the dark tends to wear better. I love the sand colored interior! Have that on the 2011. OffRoadRover.com An American Western Range Rover Off Road Blog

Mine is still looking almost mint and it has done 135k the only bit as others have said is the parcel shelf mine is wearing a bit but does clean up well and I use mine daily and it also carries site materials and also from home building materials - guess if you let it get filthy it will stay that way till you clean it Thumbs Up

Had them all, black on black, slight tints, tan, Sand, parchment and Ivory / the best is undoubtedly the lighter colours - nice and airy. Black on black and tints is like being in a coffin - don't even mention a black roof lining! The darker colours can also show up more marks than the lighter colours - think of your black panties !!!!

The lighter colours are great - just wipe the odd mark off as they occur with baby wipes. They don't get any dirtier than the darker colours - they just show where you need to give it a wipe 2021 L405 Vogue SE 4.4 V8 DIESEL ~ #17
