Does it do it if you coast and don't brake? Mine squeal when coasting, then stop when braking. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

Most likely to be pad squeal if it doesn't do it in drive when you aren't braking then that pretty much rules out everything else.

Try 4-5 60 mph to 0 emergency stops.

40 grit sandpaper on the face of the discs will counteract any "glazing" of the discs and will rough up the pads too.

I've always been told to avoid heavy breaking for a few miles on new discs and pads until they've had a chance to bed in under gentle/normal braking! Apparently doing harsh/emergency braking straight away on new discs risks warping them and seriously reduces the life of the brakes.
