BAS Remaps for TDV8 3.6

Has anyone on here had the IID Tool remap from BAS, if so what is their view on the change from standard ?? Regards

I had the pre-IID remap from BAS - it used to come on a separate box that plugged into the ODB port.

I was very happy with mine - gains will be subjective - but it certainly picked up better and in particular it seemed to fix a kind of low end flat spot I had, so coming off roundabouts was much smoother.

Thanks.

Did it cure the issue where sometimes pulling away would be - put foot down on pedal, ecu receives signal then has a think about it and then applies power and off you go Regards

Sounds like the one - I did mine 2 days after buying it 6 or 7 years ago - but remember clearly a hesitation in acceleration and the BAS unit fixed it.

Glad to hear it's still a painless service - when I got mine, Pete was so responsive it was crazy - He was mailing me map updates on a Sunday when he was on holiday Shocked Thumbs Up
