Remap/hoses Question

I keep reading on here that the hoses for the turbo blow and it's best to upgrade them,what i would like to know is have all those with blown hose also had a re map L322 2008 vogue
R53 Cooper S Works tuned beyond the works SOLD
R33 Nissan Skyline in rebuild 400bhp atw

While a remap will likely raise the boost pressure a little, and builds boost quicker, the cause of split hoses is being saturated by oil, which degrades and weakens the hose, until it pops Thumbs Up

Silicone upgrade is the way forward Thumbs Up

thanks guys I keep toying with the idea of a remap as i have done every car i've i had and was curious as to why they hoses keep going L322 2008 vogue

I have done plenty of remaps, and had no issues Thumbs Up

It should be noted that "lesser quality" remaps CAN cause issues, due to the crude way they they are written, and function

If you do opt for a remap, make sure it is from a reputable source Thumbs Up
