I have a 2011 AB with a factory wood/leather wheel. Prussian Blue wood as well. Very nice if I say so myself.

when i got my l322 the foundry grey parts were tired, and, as the previous owner had tried to spruce up the car here and there, i decided to 'black' all the grey parts inside the car. mainly by buying a few parts, and respraying the others. its all 'piano black' type inside now, including an ebay sourced 'piano black nappa leather' and black wood type wheel. its wood at top and bottom, leather around the 2 oclock to 4 o clock etc. i doesnt have heating, but others do. one thing i like about it, is, if you jump into the car to move it with filthy hands...oil etc. you can grab the wood area and 'use it' and just wipe it off later. the look is nice, and as my old leather wheel was very tired, it set off the interior quite well.

I have the wood/leather steering wheel in the old Merc and I do like it a lot. I wouldn't mind one in the FFRR either but it still has to have the heating as well. Maybe I'll have a look around the net to see if I can find one MY 2010 5.0 SC Galway green and sand interior!!
