Help needed to identify these wheels

Hi Guys,

Just put my new 255 55 20's on but the fitting garage told me one wheel has a buckle and the start of a hair line crack in it.

I think I need to buy a new one but not sure what they are. Could someone help identify for me please?



Garage suggested I could get it welded for around £45 but not sure that's wise..?? Ash
