United Kingdom 2010 Range Rover Vogue TDV8 Stornoway Grey
Wintrac 4 Extreme or Wintrac Extreme S

I have had the Wintrac 4 Extreme in the past and been impressed as most people on here seem to be, so I have been looking round to get some prices and keep getting offered Wintrac Extreme S. Does anyone know anything about these, are they new, better or worse? They are coming out a bit more expensive but if they are better it might be worth paying.

United Kingdom 2012 Range Rover HSE Td6 Bournville

Hi Drakes - I believe the Wintrac Extreme S is the latest version of this tyre. I have just fitted my 2012 RRS with 19" alloys fitted with Vred Ex S and so far they seem to be very good, although yet to "test" them in challenging conditions because the weather in the Highlands has gone all spring like. Like you I have run the previous tyres and they are simply awesome on the white stuff and indeed generally in low temperatures where they are designed to perform, so I'm hoping these will be equally good news.
