Not only that but the house has grown....... sellers details are a new build semi det near Luton with a single parking space......... Still could be a numpty fire sale  Might be worth a test drive and vin number check.........
Looking at her past sales she hasn't sold any cars...... strange that she now has 12 for sale at once 
If it's genuine it would have to be cash on collection, I suspect that they'll want bank transfer, and they'll have moved when you go to collect.... Yesterday I couldn't spell Engineer... Today I are one!
