Really not sure what system I have in this 2004 FFRR TD6 HSE.
The manuals speak of options with Amplifier & DSP although not sure if I have them fitted.
There is no telephone, just a CD autochanger, it looks like it's a basic configuration on the speaker system...nothing fancy.
Analogue TV and a basic GPS in the boot which has 2004 discs. No 'cathedral settings' on the tone, just basics.
I am looking to update the system, but don't quite know what to tell the agent when he asks about the DSP system and 40pin power connection at the back?
I've attached a couple of quick pictures - can identify the TV unit, but not sure about the other two boxes.

You will have dsp in the menu if you have it

Dsp is on the bottom left in this pic, black unit with most of the wires going to it....

Looks like yours has a lot more wires going in there than mine....just a blank panel on the right hand side of mine I think.

I got the pic off the net... Mine is a bit tidier than that..... I just used it to illustrate the position of the units.

I've not had much to do with the non dsp systems. I recon the black box you have could be an amp.

That unit does look like the dogs b*llox, although I'm not sure I am up for take the front seat out just yet....I read the thread about the wiring and frightened myself to death at the thought! lol

Looks like you are right it is an amp, although I don't have the extra speakers in mine, just the bog standard configuration I think.
I've downloaded the workshop manual, but it does give a definitive 'this is the system' more these are options. Current RR L322 TDV8 VOGUE
