Hi J evro - in true Land Rover style, they're a tad more complex !
There are eight separate parts -
Headrest covers X 2
Base cover 60 % X 1
Backrest cover 60 % X 1
Base cover 40 % X 1
Backrest cover 40 % X 1
Armrest cover X 1
Armrest cubby cover X

They take a while to fit, but do so very well -
