Cheers Stan, I've done a search regarding the lights and found the adjusting hex heads. They do seem low down on the road, especially the drivers side one. They really seem dim though. I did change the xenon bulbs in the D3. |

you could change to 6000k bulbs which technically are not as powerful as the standard 4300k ones but they do give a clearer whiter light..

Ta, I'll see if I can adjust them, don't want to dazzle other road users. Maybe I could also change the bulbs too. I think I got the last ones from hid sponsor on the D3 site. Can you buy them anywhere? What's the official name and part number of these bulbs? |

Been out tonight and the lights look like they need adjusting. Seem to throw the beam of light right in front of the car and then when I put main beam on it throws the light not much further than dipped beam. Although it blinking blinds me with the reflection on the white road signs. Decided I'm going to buy some Philips X-treme d3s bulbs that they RECKON they are 50% brighter. As anyone bought some of these and if so are they better than the normal ones? |

£40 more each bulb but if they ARE brighter as they say they are I'm sure it's money spent well. I like to see where I'm going at night |

Are these easy to replace? The Philips bulb looks like its got the 3 pin plug on the end is that correct? Can't remember what was on the end of the D3 bulbs as Pete Bell changed em. TA |

headlights out, put a cloth or some protection on the bumper cos its easy to scratch when removing the headlight units...
