Where does the RSE cable for the IR blaster in the roof go?

Hi there Brain Trust

Im wondering if anyone can help me figure out where the RSE IR cable that is in the ceiling center console goes? I don't want to take down the whole headliner as its not working - where does that plug end up? Id like to see why its not working
