It would appear that none of our experts on here have any clue as to the cause of my problem, so next course is to rip out anything to do with these rubbish parrot systems and try and go back to the inbuilt system. I don't like bits of plastic and wire poking out on my car unless it was intended to be there, so if anyone wants a complete parrott mki901 system, look in my dustbin in the next day or so! |

Stupid question, but why the need for the parrot in the first place? Does it allow bluetooth music transfer??? '08 Audi S6 Avant 5.2 V10 with Milltek non-resonated. Vrrrrrrmmmmmph

The chances are the original system is defunct which is why the Parrot system is fitted.

thank you for all the above. Good question, why the need for the Parrott. Can only guess there is somehting wrong with the original equipment. Strange thing is, both systems work perfectly as they should, but no sound from either, so it could really be just a stupid thing like the volume is off or muted, but I cannot find anwhere to check and or adjust.

To check the volume, simply make a phone call on the system then whilst dialling or connected press the + button on the audio controls on the right hand side of the steering wheel. |
