L322 2007 suspension fault help needed

Ok. So I need some help, here is the situation. Car drives lovely (new gearbox helps), then dash alert, "max speed 30mph suspension fault". On the 4x4 screen all special programmes are inactive, then it drops to the bump stops. The only happens after 10 mins driving and driving over about 40mph. Switch off and back on it resets and another few mins is ok.
What I've done so far,
New rear height sensor - this was displaying odd heights on the 4x4 screen. This was confirmed on diagnostics and all set up on height etc.

been back in, no faults on diagnostics so I'm at a loss, he even did a live data drive.
Any ideas what to check etc as I don't want to start bolting on expensive parts with no results. Also it has a brand new battery to eliminate voltage issues. Neutral p

Thanks in advance

Sounds like a gremlin Evil or Very Mad

Try battery disconnection procedure to clear ECU down?

Are you sure all faults have been read and cleared?

Speed sensor? ABS sensor ? (linked in by ecu checking chain)

Otherwise it is a prolonged fault finding exercise: bags, sensors, valves, pipes, pump, reservoir, ecu..... .
Experience is the only genuine knowledge, but as time passes, I have forgotten more than I can remember Wink
