Hi gang got a replacement sender unit for passenger side but don't know how to attach the spring loaded part to the left hand side of the tank

It's a horrible job!

Run the tank as low as you dare really, the easiest way to do it is to pop up the drivers side unit and pass the pipes and connector thru from the pass side and try and hook them on with the main unit partially out of the tank.

Long arms and nimble fingers help a lot.

well battery fully charged and both pumps running, pump removed from tank and only about a centimetre of fuel in bottom of driver side tank, pass side about four to five cm of fuel.

how thinking low fuel but shows quarter of a tank on gauge. have hawkeye diagnostics for l322 td6 in the manchester area ,pm for deatalis.

Hi all just to update you all car now fixed. put more fuel in after replacing pump in tank and under pass side.
