Me too. New Bosch blades in Jan. Thud, albeit not as bad as on originals, has returned. Is there a quality issue with new Bosch blades or is eBay the problem? Or is it the whole arm that is wearing? 2012 5.0L S/C

cant remember who it was but they suggested squeezing the 6 pivot joints together to get rid of any play..

The thud also comes from the wiper blades not being in the correct plane North/South... undo the nut on the wiper arm and you will see an aluminium holder under the arm which allows the arm to tip forward and back... To stop the thud! Simples |

I might of already mentioned this but I was surprised when I replaced my wipers with the Bosch 808 that I still had the annoying thud.

i think because the wiper itself is so heavy the 'working' bits like the pivots and clips because loose and cause the thudding.. |
