Conversion Confusion

Hey guys so I am approaching a front end headlight conversion with caution as I have read almost all conversion posts ahaha. However I am still having trouble understanding a few things and I am hoping anyone with a strong concept on these conversions (conversion guru's) can help clarify things. Oh also a heads up, I have a 2004 Zambezi Silver RR here in Canada*.

1st: The rewiring of the headlights, there are various looms that I keep on coming across on these forums, whats the difference between this (http://www.simtekuk.co.uk/product.php/rover_9_pin_headlight_connector_socket/?k=:::2104237) and the one's on PowerfulUK?

2nd: Is there a conversion chart for the headlight wiring from a 2002-2005 to 2010+

3rd: Is it possible to fit the 2010+ headlights without cutting a part of the wings off?

4th: Do the resistors from PowerfulUk (the cheap ones) actually work? Or do I have to buy those expensive LED Resistor Modules....?

5th: Do I need brand new bolts and everything to fit the bumper and headlights or can everything on my car right now support the new headlights/grill/bumper.... I read of some "brackets" not sure what they look like or what they are for.

6th: The fog lights! Can they be reused (as in the 2004's I have on right now) or do I have to buy new fog lights? And If I do have to buy new ones, is there any sort of modification that needs to be done to them?

7th: Do I absolutely need to install a new air box or can I make do with the current one.....

8th: Can there be a modification done to the crash bar or do I need a new one?

Any help is appreciated, thanks very much Smile

Craig,
As you may remember from my earlier post I did not have the luxury of taking my old front end off as a body shop had done this before I got the car.
The crashbar has me really baffled as I have tried a 2011 bumper on the car without touching the crashbar and it was a really good fit first time. I have seen the mod people have done to early crashbars but what is the reason to modify the holes ? Thanks Mick.

Awesome, thanks so much Craig! Dear Sir, you are a life saver! You mentioned new plugs for the fog lights, by that do you mean a new fog light wiring loom like this one:

(http://www.supertweaks.com/range-rover/range-rover-l322-vogue-02-05/range-rover-l322-vogue-02-05-conversion-parts/range-rover-vogue-front-bumper-parking-sensor-pdc-fog-light-loom-for-2010-upgrade-conversion)

Also Craig, there is something available from simtekUK for the headlight wiring, I am not sure what it is, but it's cheaper than the Powerful UK ones, what exactly is simtekUK providing?

Thanks So Much,

You need to modify crash bar if going to a 2006 > conversion because of position of fog lamps. Present :2008 TDV8 HSE

Okay gotcha, thanks again Craig. BTW do you supply any parts for conversions or do you work with doing the conversions themselves?
