2004 Range Rover Vogue SE 4.4 V8 Oslo Blue
Replacing the front door release cable (2004 L322)

The cable has broken on the passenger side, I've bought a new cable, taken the door card off and located the broken cable. I've worked out how to replace the cable except how to get the broken nipple from the end of the old cable out of the handle, anyone with any suggestions?
