Also . . .

If the car was registered pre 23rd March 2006 - the VEL is approx. £200 less P/A. For facelift cars they'll be registered as '05, '55 or (a few) '06. So, all TDV8's are big tax, as are the majority of S/C care. Check the car you're interested in here -

And . . .

It has been said on the Forum before that the seats in '07 facelift cars are both less comfortable (due to deletion of upper backrest adjustment for airbags) and the leather is of a lesser quality . . .

Thumbs Up Where do you go after one of these . . . ?

I'd say the loss of an upper back adjustment feature is trivial compared to the upgrades of the 07MY (bear in mind you still have 12 way adjustment plus climactic control on certain models) cant comment on the difference in leather quality tho as I've never sat in a <07MY seat but the leather on mine is certainly premium quality, comfort wise it easily much more comfortable than any other car I have ever sat in and a pleasure on long runs.

For me at the time of purchase the £500 road tax issue was considered but decided to go for it anyway.

Both MY's are truly excellent and I'm sure you will be happy with either.
