I don't know about the later ones but my TD6 goes from 30 miles (start looking for a station) to 15 (panic, where's the next station) to 4 (it's too big to push if I run out now) alarmingly quickly.

I've not got to 0 yet, but I have put very close to 100 litres in the tank.

I went very low once in a TDV8 - it didn't want to go to zero - the count down at the end was very slow indeed, covering several miles for each mile decrease in range - we eventually got to zero and when I eventually got to a petrol station put 100 litres in.

I think the tank is rated at 100 plus a bit of pipework Shocked

As someone who has had to push a FFRR off the road which claimed it had 10 miles left I wouldn't risk it ...

I recently got to 20 miles left in my old '02 4.4 V8 petrol when part-exchanging it at a dealers. Was running just fine.

My S/C has got to 100 miles on the day of collection but I won't go below 1/4 full normally. Si. <This is my name.

Yes but 10 miles for a supercharged is like 40 litres. Laughing

I recently had the misfortune to run out of diesel going up hill in my TD6. Trip computer said I still had 12 kms to go Embarassed

Got mine to 8 miles to go on the trip and managed to get 94 litres in. Which is 9 litres short of the usable capacity so in theory there is still around 50 miles to go. 2019 D5 HSE Lux SDV6 Indus

34miles when at 0 before i filled up and even then it still took 101 litres to fill so 3litres left to play with if not a bit more.

Good to do it once every few months as it stops gunk building up in the tank from always having diesel in it. FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's

Once got 104 litres in to my TD6 and regularly put in 100 litres , no idea why I like playing fuel light roulette the risks are too high Shocked but the distance to empty always said there was a baw hair to go . Never really done it with the Supercharged because I don't like stressing the balancing pump but I get the feeling this one is a bit more pessimistic than the last . 2008 MY Supercharged
