Is this one your looking at buying per chance David?
I think from seeing other stuff on here the best bet is to remove the front end, bumper, head lights, grille, slam bar&panel, radiators...... That way the engine can come out forwards instead of out the top and gives you more room to work in as well
Ps this place might help a bit but failures seem rare as they are the strongest engine IMO..
