Most likely be a diesel leak somewhere under the bonnet, should be easy to see |

Do you mean on the exhaust side rather the feed side? Or something burning off on the hot engine? Got - 2017 SDV8 Autobiography in Loire Blue

More likely to be the feed side and the heat off the engine makes the smell more noticeable. |

Would I expect to see any drips on the drive, as I don't have any? Got - 2017 SDV8 Autobiography in Loire Blue

It only takes a tiny amount to smell it, not enough to drip down to the ground. |

OK, I'll take a look around tomorrow. Any specific areas I need to look? Got - 2017 SDV8 Autobiography in Loire Blue

Sorry I don't know the TDV8 engine, look for the fuel lines, fuel filter and pump. Follow along the fuel lines and check for leaks |

If it is a leak it will probably be tiny so check carefully |

You could always take up the driveway into Mick's estate and have him look it over |

Couldmbe to do with the FBH, noticed that it smells quite fumes on mine of recent. More exhaust than supply tho. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

It's been like this on and off for a few months, so the FBH hasn't been used until the past few weeks.

I also get the same smell. I'm pretty sure its the FBH. It comes on automatically if the temperature is under 15C and does a purge after the engine is switched off if it ran for less than 20mins. This stinks out my garage.

I would say its the FBH, it kicks in at all sorts of times and the smell is pungent and revolting, a really thick acrid diesel exhaust smell.
