Sometimes the sensors get damaged by frost but I thought that was for the older ones. Since the car is new (as 2012 model ??) it could be a problem from assembly, one connector not plugged in properly and it came out or something along those lines. MY 2010 5.0 SC Galway green and sand interior!!

Thanks. Yes, it's a 2012 car. Will get it booked in tomorrow. A little frustrating. My first Range Rover though and a fantastic car so I won't let this spoil anything. Mechanical things do go wrong. |

It is part of the problem with modern cars, to keep the cost "reasonable" they source components that are not too expensive and that means high volume production. Although those components are getting better and better it does not mean they are perfect.
