Hi , my cd cassette won't eject , it's saying no CDs but there is six in there ,, it's in a 03 TD6 , any ideas ?

Funnily enough mine has done exactly the same thing today. The bottom cd tray in the cassette appears to not have retracted into the cassette and so it won't eject. I've tried prodding and pushing the tray bhut it's not having it
