This appears to be quite well known fault, there was quite a big thread on it so would be worth putting it into the search function. If i remember correctly it is usually the rear door seal.

If not the rear door seal thn the sunroof drain hole. It normally enters the boot in the rear left (passenger) corner and then overflows the rear panel lip into the spare wheel we'll. temp fix is to shove a rag/tissue in the hole and chane when wet. Stops the water flowing around.
