Hi all my turn to ask a question. I have just noticed that I am getting quite a lot of water collecting in the spare wheel well. I can't see anywhere where it is coming from and at a bit of a loss. Does anybody have any ideas? Thanks in advance Dave.

This appears to be quite well known fault, there was quite a big thread on it so would be worth putting it into the search function. If i remember correctly it is usually the rear door seal.

If not the rear door seal thn the sunroof drain hole. It normally enters the boot in the rear left (passenger) corner and then overflows the rear panel lip into the spare wheel we'll. temp fix is to shove a rag/tissue in the hole and chane when wet. Stops the water flowing around.

Solution to clearing the drain hole is on here somewhere but iirc involves a long wire, drill attachment and patience.
