Fault reset price ?

Does anyone know how much to reset the air suspension fault at the dealers ?
I have just spoken to the dealers close to me and first they said have you fitted the height sensor the correct way around as it auto resets to- when I informed him it needs resetting - to wait for it ......£115 +vat Shocked
I am going to by the II tool and do it myself !
Could someone tell me to obtain one from please Wink

Sounds about the right price, the equipment they use costs thousands of pounds to buy and update plus they have luxuriously expensive showrooms to upkeep, friendly employees who require massive wages to stop them going to work for the competition, electric, gas, rates etc. So you see the £115+VAT isn't really going to go very far when you look at the big picture.

As an alternative you could source out a local indie who lives at the end of a 3 mile dirt track where he keeps a yard full of half broken Land Rovers as his parts department and he will charge around £45 cash Whistle

the IIDTool not only reads and clears faults, you can lower/higher your suspension and play around with the CCF ... ... - .- -.

We charge £75... The latest Autologic machine cost me £9.5k... So, no £75 doesn't go far...

Not sure whereabouts in North Yorkshire you are but if you can get to Leeds ( Near the Ikea ) we charge £35 + VAT to do a fault code read and clear.
