Willing to swap BMW 730 d for FFRR!

Im suffering withdrawal symptoms! Anybody want to trade their FFRR for my 2007 e65? It's grey great condition, just doesn't float my boat! 112k miles, standard SE spec...

Ideally I'd have a tdv8, but realistically I'd consider any FFRR under £15k value, cash either way.

For £15k it's either a TD6 and re-map or a 4.4V8 and LPG.

What happended to your S/C with LPG, I thought it was the ideal RR?

You're right CG, I have the photo's of the damage though, and it was all side panels, though the seller should really be disclosing it, as I did to him!

Very good condition, lots of toys like auto everything, including auto dipping headlights.

It's the same 3.0 diesel as in your car I guess, but with a six speed box as in the later cars. MPG is around 32 on average. I've had it over 50 on a run, but since I got it remapped I've become quite enthusiastic with the throttle, plus I do the school run quite a lot, and not so much longer runs recently.

It's a car which is immensely competent, extremely rapid, very good dynamically, and very luxurious. It's just not a Range Rover! Range Rover-less at the moment - Pining!

has it had its swirly flaps done at all as i know they are a sore point on most of the straight 6 bmw engines??

i'll try and drive on over the next week Smile

Is yours a Sport or SE as i believe the suspension differs?

Do you have a max milage for the exchanged ffrr as mines nearly on 140k??!! FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's

It's a later version of the engine, known as 'LCI', which was more efficient, and powerful, and I believe the swirl flaps design was improved.

Mine is an SE, the better option imho.

Mileage not too much of an issue, any gearbox work done? Range Rover-less at the moment - Pining!

Nope no gearbox work done Smile

It has a towbar but I fitted it myself and it's only ever towed a few times, probably less than 10 trips all in and most of them involved long runs at a steady speed Smile FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's
