Can anybody confirm the exact date that the additional C-Pillar trim was removed leaving just the glass finish.

It came with the introduction of 4.2SC as far as I am aware. So the 2005 (2006MY). Land Rover Addict

OK so you cannot safely remove the trim and polish glass then? |

it's bonded to the glass as 3 year back i had to get a new panel fitted , if the glass can be polished i don't know Gaz as i left mine with the stealers to do ...

i have seen an 07 with the old style glass, must of been replaced by mistake at some point,i think they started fitting them on the late 05.. i have changed my rears for the later type window with the thin trim, the trims do come of the old style ones as they can be replaced but it you remove them the window is unfinished so they have to be replaced..
