United Kingdom 2002 Range Rover HSE Td6 Zermatt Silver

I don't take it seriously, you are not going to get many facts and figures from Top Gear (If any...) It's enjoyable watching.
I was put off watching this series after reading the forums on how crap the new series was, so didn't watch the first few episodes. But then I watched an episode, and I was not disappointed.

As I said earlier, TV would be not the same without Top Gear. Prancing on Ice, X factor etc bores me to tears, and don't start me on soaps.... Yes, some of Top Gear is old hat, but the magic is still their... just.

And yes, I am one of those people that watch endless reruns of Top Gear on DAVE Very Happy

2013 Range Rover Vogue SE TDV8 Causeway Grey

I'm a dyed in the wool Top Gear fan, I think it's the only reason to pay for a TV licence, and all the time it's been silly puerile, and pointless, I've loved it.

I missed the first half an hour of last night though, and when I tuned it, I found the whole Sweeney shoot thing just so beyond stupid, that for the first time ever I sort of lost faith. Maybe you had to be there for the build up to that skit, but it just lost me completely.

I love the silly races, Clarksons stupid comments and antics, and the great cars, I hope it will continue for a long time yet, but maybe get a little back on track, I think they were just trying too hard to be funny and silly last night, and the real point is that they don't really need to try. They are much funnier when they try to be sensible or serious! Thumbs Up 2012 SDV8 Vogue SE

They need to stop Censored about with £200k super cars sliding round the track as much and actually do some proper reviews, like TG used to do jut a few years ago. Even some more of the cheap car challenges would be good. It's getting a bit tedious with the same predictable slapstick. The Sweeney feature could and should have been a lot better. 2006 Mercedes CLS

But really finding it hard to fight the urge for a S/C...

I think they are just there to satisfy their own Ego's more so Clarkson .... Plus his inane ramblings and descriptive remarks of cars he drives are just pure drivel ..... ====================================

"Open Mike Night " sounded like a lot of fun until i found out i was going to an Autopsy

I agree... The foreign sspecials have their good moments, but otherwise it's cringe making stuff, and a complete waste of the bbc's (ie our) money....
