Radio Code

Lots of tinkering time whilst on lockdown so I thought I'd try and re fit the radio. The original Clarion unit was damaged when the heater matrix went about 10 years ago and I never bothered with it after, Subswquently foiund another on the bay but I don't have the code.
Any ideas?

There are probably plenty of other out there who will provide a code for a small fee, I used one once a few years ago, will see if I can find it in my email archive.... .

I've had a message from the ebay guy saying that my model radio cannot be decoded online and fair enough he refunded me.
He said it needs a hardware decode so I'll take it to a mate who owns a car audio company in Winchester and see if he can fix it. Regards

If you have replaced the original Clarion radio in your vehicle and now need the code to activate it, you have a few options:
Check the owner's manual: The radio code may be listed in the owner's manual of the vehicle.

Contact the dealership: Contact the dealership where the vehicle was originally purchased and provide them with the vehicle identification number (VIN). They may be able to retrieve the code for you.

Use a radio decoding service: Some companies specialize in decoding car radio codes. Provide them with the make, model, and serial number of the radio, and they may be able to retrieve the code for you.

If none of these options work, it may be necessary to have the radio professionally repaired or replaced with a new unit. Buying a new radio code is also good for you because recently, I bought Acura Radio Code for my car, and it works for me.
