P00B looks related to P006. Some kind of intake leak.

P040D is standalone and will be your exhaust gas temperature sensor faulty. If you remove the engine cover and airbox, the sensor plug is easily accessible to put a multimeter on and confirm open loop. Guide here: https://www.fullfatrr.com/forum/topic67357.html

I think your next steps are as above and get a smoke test done, which will save you money over replacing lots of parts to find the cause. 2015 Range Rover Autobiography 4.4 SDV8

P0033-00 (2F) Turbocharger/supercharger bypass valve control - circuit open
I think this is the problem, and it cause other faults as well.

P040D is yes, standalone as Gary say. Acess is difficult true, but not impossible to replace on LHD as well

Hi guys! Thanks for your support...
Sensor just arrived from Bripart and ordered a smoke tester. Old sensor tested before and nothing, fried.
I decided to go ahead and waiting for the arrival of the Neilsen socket I took some pics and videos with the endoscope, it's a real nightmare! The stainless nut dropped in the abyss....

Cleared all faults with IIdTool and I took the car out for a small ride. Restricted Performance again and a new message from DPF (full).

Hi Jaguar,
Understood! Ordered a vacuum pump to test the bypass valve, also a tube cutter to remove the DPF.

Its not a vacuum valve, its electrical solenoid valve.
There is two valves after secondary turbo: bypass valve and shut off valve. Shut off valve is vacuum, bypass is electrical.
Circuit open mean something is wrong with wiring or valve solenoid is death.

No.
This is prior turbocharger geometry actuator.

Yes of course you can check shut off valve as well to be sure its working properly.
But most likely you have some electric problem with bypass valve according fault code.

and then the Solenoid:

The solenoid opens and closes, it seems to work fine but it does not perfectly seal the passage of air. If I blow through one of the ducts with the valve closed, some air always gets through.

Finally solved the problem with P0033, the connector number C1527 was unplugged.
I´ve some doubts still about the integrity of left valve cover, but now the big problem is DPF. This was almost certainly caused by me doing forced regens using my GAP IID.
